The vision that started it all
One night, founder Christine Niyintunze received a vivid vision. She was standing on a mountain, looking down into the valley below, where she saw someone struggling to climb upward alone. Moved with compassion, she stretched out her hand, took hold of the person, and helped them rise toward safety and hope.
When she awoke, Christine understood the vision as a call from God: to reach into the valleys of hardship and help people rise through practical compassion, faith, and service.
